公立医院“双补一控”补偿机制的优势分析

摘　　要：当前,政府财政补偿机制的改革作为学术热点探讨的问题,学术建议多,"双补一控"补偿机制就是其中之一。在简述国家对财政补偿机制改革的态度、简要分析改革原因的同时,在对当前学术成果的归纳、分析和比较的基础上,阐述"双补一控"机制自身的优势。At present, there are lots of academic recommendations because the government’s fiscal reform of reimbursement mechanism is considered as an issue of academic hot. The mechanism of “dual compensation and one control” is one of them. The article briefly stated the attitude of government about the fiscal reimbursement mechanisms and analyzed the reasons of reform, in the meanwhile, stated advantages of the mechanism of “dual compensation and one control” on the base of summary, analysis and comparison of the current academic achievements.
