摘  要:目的:研究马鹿鹿茸提取物对四氧嘧啶(ALX)诱导糖尿病小鼠的降糖作用。方法:用ALX成功地制造了糖尿病小鼠模型,把鹿茸提取物(RD)分为低(1.6mg/g)中(3.2mg/g)高(4.8mg/g)3个剂量组,连续灌胃4周。结果:与模型对照组相比,RD极显著地降低ALX糖尿病小鼠血糖、血脂水平和总胆固醇(TC)、甘油三酯(TG)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)含量,提高麦芽糖酶(CAT)活性和高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)含量,同时可调节糖尿病小鼠的饮食水平。结论:RD能有效的控制糖尿病小鼠血糖水平,纠正其脂质代谢紊乱及预防动脉粥样硬化(AI)。Objective:To study the serum glucose/lipid effect of extration from red deer(RD) pilose antler on diabetic ICR Mice induced by Alloxan(ALX).Methods:The ALX-induced diabetic ICR Mice were randomLy divided into three dose groups and were given intragastrically for 4w i.e.low(1.6 mg/g),mid(3.2 mg/g) and high(4.8 mg/g) according to RD.The levels of serum glucose,blood-liquid,TC,TG,LDL-C,CAT and HDL-C were assayed.Results:Compared with the model control group,RD could not only reduce the levels of serum glucose and blood-liquid,but also reduce the contents of TC,TG and LDL-C.Meanwhile the activity of CAT and the content of HDL-C were obviously improved and the diet in ALX-induced diabetic ICR Mice was adjusted.Conclusions:RD can effectively control the levels of serum glucose/liquid,correct its lipid metabolism disorder and prevent the atherosclerosis(AS) in ALX-induced diabetic ICR Mice.
