46例注射用头孢哌酮/舒巴坦致过敏性休克分析

摘　　要：目的分析注射用头孢哌酮/舒巴坦致过敏性休克的情况,为临床合理用药提供参考。方法对国内、外2003年1月～2009年6月公开发表的注射用头孢哌酮/舒巴坦出现的46例过敏性休克的不良反应报道进行整理、归纳和分析。结果46例发生过敏性休克的患者中,老年患者出现比例较高;有42例患者在输注头孢哌酮/舒巴坦30分钟内发生过敏性休克;9例患者发生休克后抢救无效死亡。结论临床应加强对注射用头孢哌酮/舒巴坦不良反应的预防和监测,避免发生过敏性休克等严重不良反应。Objective To summarize allergic shock of cefoperazone/sulbactam for injection,prove information for rational use of it in clinic.Methods 46 cases of allergic Shock caused by cefoperazone/sulbactam for injection ranging from January 2003 to June 2009 were collected by statistically classified and analyzed.Results Elderly patients occurred allergic shock with a higher proportion during the 46 cases;there were 42 patients who Started anaphylactic shock in 30 minutes after the infusion started,then they received emergency resuscitation,but 9 patients died at last.Conclusion Attention should be paid to adverse drug reaction（ADR） of cefoperazone/sulbactam for injection.
