摘 要:目的探讨冠心病(CHD)患者与血浆甘油三酯代谢异常及其它脂类水平的关系。方法对100例确诊为冠心病患者及100例健康人测定空腹血浆甘油三酯(TG)、总胆固醇(TC)、高密度脂蛋白-胆固醇(HDL-C)、低密度脂蛋白-胆固醇(LDL-C)、APOA-Ⅰ、APOB100、脂蛋白a[LP(a)]、血糖及胰岛素浓度。同时将年龄、性别、体重指数(BMI)、空腹血浆TG、TC、LDL-C、APOB100、LP(a)、血糖、胰岛素等因素考虑在内,对CDH发病进行多元逐步logistic回归分析。结果CHD组与对照组相比:空腹血浆TG、TC、LDL-C、APOB100、LP(a)、血糖、胰岛素浓度显著升高(P<0.01),HDL-C浓度显著降低(P<0.01);APOB100、HDL-C及TG水平与CHD的发病独立相关。结论提示空腹血浆TG代谢异常与CHD独立显著相关,是独立危险因素之一。Objective To explore the relationship between coronary heart disease(CHD) and the abnormal metabolism of serum triglyceride (TG) and the levels of otherlipids. Methods The levels of the serum triglyceride, total cholesterol (TC), high density lipoprotein-cholesteroI (HDL-C ), low density lipoprotein-cholesterol (LDL-C),apoliprotein A-Ⅰ (APOA-Ⅰ), apoliprotein B100 (APOB100), lipoprotein (a) [LP (a)], bloodsugar and insulin in the fasting serum were respectively examined among 100 cases ofCHD and 100 healthy subjects. And a multiple stepwise logistic regressive analysis wasmade in this paper. Results The levels of TG,TC,LDL-C, LP(a), APOB100,blood sugarand insulin were higher in the CHD group than those in the control group(P<0.01),but the level of HDL-C was much lower in the CHD group than that in the control group(p<0. 01), APOB100, HDL-C and TG levels were found to be associated with CHD.Conclusion Abnormal metabolism of TG is an independent risk factor to result in CHD.
