摘  要:为研究煤气化反应的热力学过程,以煤气化反应中最重要的煤焦与水蒸气反应过程为研究对象,对反应热效应、吉布斯自由能、平衡常数、平衡转化率进行了分析,得出温度、压力、水碳比(物质的量之比)3个参数对气化反应的影响规律。结果表明:随着气化温度的提高,平衡转化率增加,供给气化反应体系的总热量增加,原料显热大量增加;而压力的提高使平衡转化率降低,供给气化反应体系的总热量增加,说明压力增加对提高煤的转化率不利;水碳比增大导致平衡转化率提高,供给气化反应体系的总热量增加,其原因是水碳比增大使化学反应热、原料显热大量增加,虽然转化率随着水碳比增大得以提高,但热损失增加。In order to research the thermodynamics processing of the coal gasification reaction, taking the most important coal coke and steam reaction processing in the gasification reaction as the research object, an analysis on the reaction thermal effect, Gibbs free energy, equilibrium constants and equilibrium conversion ratio was conducted. The influence law of the temperature, pressure and water carbon parameters to the gasification reaction was obtained. The results showed that with the gasification temperature increased and the equilibri- um conversion rate increased, the total thermal value supplied to the gasification reaction system would be increased and the sensible heat of the law material was highly increased. However, the pressure increased would make the equilibrium conversion rate reduced, the total thermal value supplied to the gasification reaction system would be increased and thus the pressure increased would be not favorable to im- prove the coal conversion rate. The water and carbon ratio increased would cause the equilibrium conversion rate increased and cause the total thermal value increased supplied to the gasification reaction system. The reason was that water and carbon rate increased could cause the chemical reaction heat and the material sensible heat highly increased, although the conversion rate could be improved with the water and carbon rate increased, the heat loss increased.
