摘　　要：主要介绍方大特钢轧钢厂生产线的设备概况,以及在进行直角扁钢品种开发过程中碰到的问题和解决办法。Based on the forming problem of free bending of wide sheet metal for bottomless cavity die, the experiment was carried out to do the analysis of bending springback by uniform design method , with the help of FE simulation software. This method can be applied to forecast the technical parameters and instruct production practice.
