摘　　要：本文提出优势学科群建设紧抓四个核心要素的总体思路,并围绕"以大器官移植技术为纽带、以研究型科室建设标准为指南、以前沿技术为牵引、以基地条件为支撑"的实践经验,对优势学科群建设的科学性进行了讨论,展望了学科群建设的前景和构建研究型医院的宏伟目标。The article introduced the main train of thought on superior discipline construction of four core elements.It also introduces the experiences which included taking the technology of great organ transplantation as a link,guiding the construction with the standard of research-intensive clinical department,with frontier technique for traction,with basis condition for support.And furthermore,the author broad prospects of construction groups of disciplinary group,as well as the grand goal of establishing research-intensive hospital.
