摘　　要：本文运用复杂系统理论和资源配置理论,对军队卫生保障实体、要素资源、配置指标、配置范围与外部环境等五部分进行了系统性分析,并描述了其相互关系,初步形成了军队卫生资源配置研究框架。Based on the theory of complex system and resources allocation,the article made a system thinking on the military health resource allocation from the organizations,elements,indexes,scope and external environment,as well as the relationship of the five aspects.Finally,the research framework of military health resources allocation was formed.
