摘　　要：为探讨新时期军队精神病专科中心的建设与发展,本文分析了军队精神病专科中心目前的现状,在建设和发展中所面临问题,并从健全精神卫生管理机构、坚持专科发展方向、改革医疗管理模式、促进专业人才队伍建设、加强人文管理及远程医疗网络建设、完善防治体系等方面提出了相应对策。为我军军队精神病专科中心的建设与发展提供经验,为职能部门制定军队精神卫生工作规划提供参考。To discuss the construction and development of military psychiatric disorder specialty center in new period,the author analyzed the current situation of military specialty centers and problems encountered in the process of construction and development.Then the corresponding suggestions and solutions were put forward in terms of the regulation of mental health administrative institutions,persistence in the specialty developing orientation,reform of the medical administrative modes,promotion of the professional-talent-construction,strengthening of the humanism management and the construction of remote medical consultation,and improvement of the prevention systems,etc.The research will provide experiences for the construction and development of military psychiatric disorder specialty centers,and provide references for the mental health development planning of some functional departments.
