摘　　要：本文论述了军队医院战备抽组后,动员地方卫生力量对军队医院空缺人数进行补充的尝试。研究了地级市卫生系统统筹抽调补缺方法;实践了临床科人员模块化补缺的基本做法;分析了复员转业预备役人员补缺的可行性。地方医院补缺的实践证明,地方政府的支持,是完成军队医院战备抽组后人员补缺的首要条件,市卫生局的组织协调是完成补缺的基础环节,管理教育则是完成补缺任务的保证。The methods to add workers to the military hospital were discussed while military workers drawn off for combat readiness.The method to add workers from the local civil health delivery system was studied;the method to add module of clinic departments was put into practice;the feasibility to add military worker being deactivated or transferred to civilian work was analyzed.The practice has proved that the support of the local government is the primary condition,the organization of the civic health bureau is the basic link,and the management and mobilization is the guarantee of the adding work.
