摘　　要：针对医院人才队伍建设中存在的问题,医院党委通过完善干部管理机制、拓宽人才引进渠道、搭建科研训练平台、高起点建设非现役队伍等措施,推动了医院人才队伍的建设,为医院快速发展打好基础。The measures to deal with the problems in the cultivation of talented person were discussed in a military hospital such as perfecting management mechanism,enlarging the inducing channel,providing chance of study and training and improving the quality of the staff.
