摘　　要：本文以解放思想讨论为背景,结合专科医院实际,就制约医院发展定位、自主创新和学科人才建设等相关问题充分讨论,对现代卫勤工作中医院的人才建设和发展提出意见和建议。Combining with the actual condition of special hospital,the author discussed the development orientation,independent innovation and the building of disciplines and talents by the background of emancipating the mind.Some suggestions were also put forward to promote the development and talent building.
