心理训练纳入机动卫勤分队训练体系的思考

摘　　要：机动卫勤分队是我军多样化军事斗争准备的重要军事力量。按照训练大纲要求,机动卫勤分队在政治、军事、体能、专业技能、共同等科目上进行全方位训练已取得初步成效。但卫勤人员在训练中暴露出来的心理问题日益突出,对训练的承受能力减弱,适应能力下降。加强心理训练,有效运用多种心理行为训练方法,能全面提高卫勤人员心理健康水平,开发心理潜能,增强应激能力,促进和提高机动卫勤分队综合训练效能。Mobile health service unit is the important part of military strength against diversified military combat readiness.According the training guideline,the diathesis of politics,military,physique and specialty has be improved greatly.But the shortage of psychology has become more and more serious,which will weaken the enduring and accommodating ability.So strengthening the psychology training will improve the psychology health lever of the members of the unit and promote general training effects.
