摘　　要：目的观察回旋手法为主整复尺桡骨中、下段双骨折的临床疗效。方法将符合纳入标准的100例病例采用回旋手法为主整复、小夹板外固定,并进行疗效观察。结果手法整复后,优42例,良51例,尚可7例,优良率达93%。结论应用回旋手法为主整复尺桡骨中、下段双骨折,能达到理想的对位效果。Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of convolution-based restoration approach to the double fractures of the lower segment pairs of radius and ulna.Methods100 cases accord with the involving criteria were accepted convolution-based restoration and small external fixation splint.Therapy efficacy was observed.ResultsAfter the restoration,42 cases were in excellent condition,51 cases were in good condition and 7 cases were satisfied.Excellent and good rate was 93%.ConclusionApplication of convolution-based restoration approach to the double fractures of the lower segment pairs of radius and ulnacan be able to achieve the desired effect on the position.
