在基层医院应用多功能手术解剖器行胆囊切除术经验探讨

摘　　要：目的总结在基层医院用多功能手术解剖器及刮吸解剖法行胆囊切除术中的应用经验。方法把我院自2008年以来应用多功能手术解剖器及刮吸解剖法开展的胆囊切除术30例,按时间段进行分析,并与2007年同期28例使用普通电刀手术的数据进行对比。结果熟练使用多功能手术解剖器后能使手术难度降低,手术时间缩短,出血量减少。结论使用刮吸解剖法是一种简便、高效、实用的操作方法,适宜在基层外科推广使用。临床操作10例后即可掌握其基本操作要领,主要靠多训练才能体会和发扬其优点。Objective To summary the effect of using Peng＇s multe operation dissector（PMOD）and ＂curettage and aspiration＂ technique in cholecystectomy.MethodsTo compared the data within the 30 cases of cholecystectomy using PMOD in 2008 and other 28 cases using common electric knife in year 2007.ResultsSkilled use of PMOD could make the surgery difficulty and surgery reduction and less blood loss.ConclusionThe use of ＂curettage and aspiration＂ technique with PMOD is a simple,efficient and practical methods of operation.suitable for promoting the use of surgery at the grassroots level.
