摘　　要：目的通过比较4种临床常用方法检测尿微量隐血标本的阳性率,探讨尿微量隐血标本的最佳检测方法。方法DiaSys(R/S2003)尿沉渣定量分析工作站、UF-100尿沉渣分析仪、尿沉渣镜检(离心)和尿沉渣镜检(非离心)4种方法同时检测微量尿隐血标本,分别计算其阳性率,并进行χ2分析。结果DiaSys与尿沉渣镜检(离心)的阳性率高于UF-100尿沉渣分析仪和尿沉渣镜检(非离心)的阳性率。结论为提高尿液检验的质量,干化学分析诊断为微量潜血的尿液标本,需用非染色尿沉渣镜检(离心)或DiaSys(R/S2003)进行检测。Objective To compare the positive rates of the trace occult blood in urine routine testing by 4 kinds of clinical commonsense methods.To probe the best detection method of the trace occult blood of urine.MethodsTo detect the positive rate of urine trace occult blood by DiaSys（R/S2003）Urine sediment quantitative analysis work station,UF-100 urine sediment analysis instrument,urine sediment examining methods with or without centrifugalization and make statistics chisquare test（χ2）.ResultsThe positive rate by DiaSys（R/S2003）Urine sediment quantitative analysis work station and urine sediment examining methods with centrifugalization is higher that the other two methods.ConclusionTo improve the quality of urine routine testing by dry chemical analysis,it is necessary to make sediment analysis by DiaSys working station or non staining urine sediment analysis with centrifugalization for urine trace occult blood.
