高效液相色谱法测定骨复康胶囊中龙血素A的含量

摘　　要：目的建立骨复康胶囊中龙血素A的含量测定方法。方法采用HPLC法测定骨复康胶囊中龙血素A的含量。Kromasil C18(4.6 mm×250 mm,5μm)色谱柱;甲醇-1%冰醋酸溶液(55:45)为流动相;检测波长为280 nm;流速为1.0 l/min;柱温:35℃。结果龙血素A在0.476～4.284μg范围内呈现良好的线性关系;回收率为99.51%,RSD为0.78%(N=6)。结论该方法简便、准确,重现性好,可用于骨复康胶囊的质量控制。Objective To develop determination method for the assay of Loureirin A in Gufukang Capsule.MethodsSeparation was performed on a Kromasil C18（4.6 mm×250 mm,5 μm）column.The mobile phase consist of methanol-1%acetic acid（55：45）.The flow rate was 1.0 ml/min.The UV detection was set at 280 nm,and the column temperature was 35℃.ResultsLoureirin A had a good linear in the range of 0.476-4.284 μg.The average recovery of Loureirin A was 99.51%with RSD 0.78%（n=6）.ConclusionThe method is simple,sensitive and rapid and it can be applied to make quality control of Gufukang Capsule.
