闭合性肝损伤的诊治

摘　　要：为了探讨闭合性肝脏损伤的诊治,保守治疗、手术治疗的指征及方式,对2003年以来收治的闭合性肝损伤患者106例的临床资料进行回顾性分析,全组保守治疗21例(19.8%),手术治疗85例(80.2%),结果显示:保守治疗21例,中转手术2例,均痊愈。手术治疗85例,死亡4例(4.7%),其余均痊愈。提示:闭合性肝损伤的诊断力求简便,应迅速对损伤的程度作出判断,以决定采取何种治疗方式,能保守治疗的患者尽量保守治疗,需手术治疗的患者力求简单有效。To evaluate the indicatio and modus of conservative treatment and operative treatment about the diagnosis and treatment of blunt hepatic injury,we retrospectively analysis clinic data of 106 patients who were hospitalized to diagnose and treatment with blunt hepatic injury since 2003.Conservative treatment Group is 21 cases（19.8%）and operative treatment group is 85 cases.Results2 cases of conservative treatment performed an operation,all of them were healed.4 case of the operative treatment group died（4.7%）,others cured.ConclusionFor the purpose of determining what kind of treatment,diagnosis of blunt hepatic injury should seek simple to judge the extent of injury quickly.The Conservative treatment patients should be treated as far as possible conservative.The surgical treatment should keep simple and effective.
