摘　　要：研究了制造聚合矿物复合 ( PMC)材料的原材料 ,研制了用国产树脂与矿物骨料、填料制造的 PMC材料的组分配比 ,探讨了组分配比与物理机械性能的关系 .对机械制造基础件用 PMC材料组分配比进行了优化 ,并对 PMC材料试件进行了测试 。Raw materials of polymermineral composite( PMC) have been studied. The constituentofpolymer mineral composite made from domestic resins and granites was developed. The relation between the constituentand the mechanical behaviors of the PMC has been discussed. The dispensation formula of PMC material used in making mechanical basic parts was optimized. The specimens made of PMC were tested. Some practical con- clusions have been obtained.
