摘　　要：国际金融危机使企业高级管理人员面临现金流管理、风险防范等挑战,在金融危机下CFO需按照既是"财务管理"又是"财务战略家"的定位转变职能。同时转变工作重心,抓好信息利用和信息化管理,秉持"稳字为金",使企业顺利渡过金融危机并不断发展。The international financial crisis makes the senior management confronted with some challenges such as management of cash flow and risk prevention.This paper relates that under the financial crisis CFO should realize its roles function transformation from ＂financial management＂ to ＂financial strategist＂.Meanuhile,we should change the working focus,grasp the information use and information management,hold on the idea ＂stability comes-first＂,which will help enterprises pass through the financial crisis and develop continuously.
