摘　　要：知识失业是我国目前存在的较为严重的社会问题之一,知识劳动力供需结构失衡、劳动力市场制度性分割、过度教育、政府调控不够等是造成目前知识失业的主要原因。知识失业的加剧直接威胁着高等教育个人投资的收益和预期,形成了较高的投资风险,规避这种风险要靠政府、社会、高校以及投资高等教育的家庭和个人的共同努力。Knowledge unemployment is one of the serious social problems in China at present.The structural imbalance in supply and demand of knowledge workers,the systematic segmentation of labor market,over-education and the absence of government regulation are the major reasons for knowledge unemployment.The increasing of knowledge unemployment is a direct threat to the investment of personal earnings and expectations in higher education and forms a higher investment risk.Circumventing this risk should rely on the co-efforts of the government,society,colleges and universities,families and individuals who invest in higher education.
