摘　　要：在充分研究拒马河河道特点、存在的问题以及河道已有相关规划等基础上,结合生态治河的新理念,提出要保证拒马河河道的最基本生态需水量,要以实施河道两岸截污、治污工程为前提,根据相关规划对河道治理的要求,定位山区与平原区的河道功能,采用不同的生态修复工程措施进行河道治理,明确了拒马河的规划治理思路与方法。Based on the study of river channel character of Jumahe river,existing problems and the relevant plan,it suggests to ensure the basic ecological water requirement of Jumahe river,combing the new concept of eco-management of river.Taken pollution cutting project and pollution control project cross the river as the premise,it should fix the channel function of river in mountain and plain areas,and use different ecological restoring engineering to manage river channel,according to the need of relevant plan.It specifies the thoughts and methods of ecological improving plan in Jumahe river.
