摘　　要：2009年5月,水利部向各直属单位印发了《关于印发水利信息系统运行维护定额标准(试行)的通知》(以下简称定额标准)。随着定额标准的颁布和实际运用,着重分析了定额标准编制的必要性和重要性、技术框架、主要创新点,围绕其在实际应用中取得的效果等方面进行了阐述,以推进定额标准的应用。The Ministry of Water Resources printed The Notice of Printing and Distributing Water Resources Information System Maintenance Ratio Standard（trial）（Ratio standardfor short）in May 2009,and distributed it to all direct branch units.With the publishing and application of Ratio standard ,it analyses in this paper the necessary and importance,technical framework,major innovating point,and expound its application result in practice to push its application.
