摘 要:为了改进原有人工单步进行的舰艇武器系统海上现场检修方法,解决故障诊断中效率较低、操作复杂的难点,基于PXI测试总线及虚拟仪器技术,提出了对各类常用检测仪表进行综合集成研发便携式通用检测系统的技术设想,阐述了该系统的硬件设计思路、软件设计要点及软面板实现流程,并对系统设计中的通用性、可扩展性、鲁棒性、用户权限的差异性、自动检测过程中的可监视性、查询的便捷性等创新点进行了论述。从应用效果看,该系统达到了自动、快速和简洁的要求,具有较好的军事推广前景。In order to improve the traditional manual and stepover method of overhaul on the sea in allusion to the vessel weapon system(VWS),to solve the nodus on the lower efficiency and complex operation. The project in integrated,portable and universal examining system is proposed now in which will apply to all kinds of common detecting system based on the PXIbus and the virtual instrument technology(VIT). The tentative plan includes hardware design and software feature and the production realization in softpanel.Moreover,the innovative design summarizes innovation for its commonality,expansibility,robusticity,otherness of the user right,monitoring of auto-diagnosing process,conveniency for inquring and so on in system design. From the view of the applicatievements,the system meet the need of automatic,rapidness and succinctness,has a bright military prospect.
