浅析丁集选煤厂原煤系统及煤泥水系统的改造

摘　　要：介绍了丁集选煤厂针对原煤系统和煤泥水系统部分工艺环节存在的问题进行相应的剖析改造。经改造后的原煤系统不仅降低了电耗,而且还减少了块煤破碎率和次生煤泥量;经改造后的煤泥水系统也强化了其脱水效果和煤泥回收能力。Corresponding analysis and transformation were introduced according to existing problems in raw coal and slime water system in Dingji Coal Preparation Plant.Through the transformation,the lump coal broken rate and the secondary slime amount was reduced,meanwhile,the dewatering effect and slime recovery capacity were strengthened by transformed slime water system.
