摘 要:基于磁控电抗器(MCR)中自励磁式MCR励磁稳定性不高,铁心的直流励磁电流在电网电压波动时易受影响的弊端,提出了一种外励磁式MCR,对其工作原理和结构进行了介绍。外励磁式MCR装置包括MCR本体和励磁控制系统;设计了以单片机为主控芯片的动态无功补偿装置,该装置由外励磁式MCR装置、固定电容器(FC)滤波器和无功补偿控制单元3部分组成。其无功补偿控制单元可分为信号取样、信号处理、信号输出、显示等模块,对控制单元的软件流程作了介绍。通过试验电路对装置的补偿效果进行了验证,结果表明该装置能够根据系统无功功率的情况进行补偿,功率因数能始终保持在0.95以上。As the self-excitation MCR(Magnetically Controlled Reactor) has bad excitation stability and the DC excitation current of its core is quite susceptible to grid voltage fluctuation,an extra-excitation MCR is proposed and its structure and working principle are introduced.The extra-excitation MCR equipment includes the MCR and the excitation control system.A singlechip-based dynamic reactive power compensation device is designed,including the extra-excitation MCR,the fixed capacitor filter and the reactive power compensation control unit.The control unit consists of the signal sampling,signal processing,signal output,display and other modules,and its software flowchart is presented.The compensation effect of the proposed equipment is verified by the test circuit and the experimental results show that it compensates the system reactive power according to the actual condition and maintains the power factor above 0.95.
