摘　　要：龙狮运动是中华民族的优秀传统体育活动,是中华民族传统民俗中最优秀的文化遗产.本文通过分析我国舞龙运动的发展历程以及我校舞龙运动的开展状况,探究舞龙运动的创新与发展,提出相应对策,以期为这项民族传统体育项目的继承与弘扬提供一些参考和建议.Dragon and lion dance is Chinese national traditional sports activity and excellent cultural heritage of Chinese national folk custom. After analyzing development history of dragon dance activity and how it is carried out in our college, the thesis explores the innovation and development of dragon dance performance and puts forward some relative countermeasures with a view to providing some reference and suggestions concerning the development of this national traditional sports item.
