摘　　要：构成综合国力的软实力实质上是一个国家的文化诉求。由于文化模式类型上的不同,各文化间势必存在着差异与冲突。21世纪经济的全球化触动和感染着不同文化的创新与发展,文化软实力的谋求已成为国家进行自觉干预和积极构建的时代必须。The essence about structuring the soft power of a country＇s comprehensive national strength is the cultural require. For the differences of the cuhural model, each kind of cultures must have difference and conflict. The economic globalization is touching and infecting the different cultural review and development in the 21st century, the requests of the cultural soft power have been the need of a country＇s conscious interference and initiative structure in line with the times.
