摘　　要：目的探讨鼻咽癌患者血小板源性生长因子-BB(PDGF-BB)的表达水平及其临床意义。方法采用酶联免疫吸附试验(ELISA)检测45例鼻咽癌患者和20例正常对照者外周血血清中PDGF-BB的水平,用半定量反转录聚合酶链反应(RT-PCR)技术检测受试者外周血单个核细胞(PBMCs)中PDGF-B mRNA的表达水平。结果鼻咽癌患者和正常对照组血清PDGF-BB水平分别为(401±74)、(28±8)ng/L,外周血单个核细胞PDGF-BmRNA的表达水平分别为(0.835±0.078)、(0.228±0.038)相对灰度值,差异均有统计学的意义(P<0.05)。结论PDGF-BB在鼻咽癌的发生发展中可能起着重要作用,检测血清PDGF-BB及PBMCs中PDGF-BmRNA表达水平可能对鼻咽癌诊断具有一定临床指导意义。Objective To investigate the expression of platelet-derived growth factor-BB（PDGF-BB） and its role in the pathogenesis of nasopharyngeal carcinoma.Methods The levels of serum PDGF-BB were determined by enzyme linked immunosorbent assay （ELISA） and the level of PDGF-B mRNA in peripheral blood mononuclear cells by reverse transcription polymerase chain reaction （RT-PCR） in 45 nasopharyngeal carcinoma patients and 20 normal controls.Results The levels of PDGF-BB and PDGF-B mRNA in peripheral blood mononuclear cells were significantly higher in patients with nasopharyngeal carcinoma（401±74 ng/L,0.835±0.078 ng/L,respectively）than in controls（28±8 ng/L,0.228±0.038 ng/L,respectively）（P0.05）..Conclusion PDGF-BB may play an important role in the onset and development of nasopharyngeal carcinoma.The levels of PDGF-BB,PDGF-B mRNA may be of some clinical significance in nasopharyngeal carcinoma diagnoses.
