摘  要:目的探讨含激酶结构域新原癌基因(NOK)和磷酸化信号转导及转录活化因子3(p-STAT3)在卵巢上皮性肿瘤中的表达及意义。方法采用免疫组化SP法检测40例恶性卵巢上皮性肿瘤组织(恶性组)、30例良性卵巢上皮性肿瘤组织(良性组)和20例正常卵巢组织(正常组)中NOK和p-STAT3的表达。结果NOK在恶性组阳性表达率与良性组和正常组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);恶性组p-STAT3的阳性表达率与良性组和正常组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。恶性组NOK的表达与患者年龄、淋巴转移、病理类型、临床分期和病理分级均无统计学意义(P>0.05),而p-STAT3的表达,在不同临床分期、病理分级和有无淋巴转移间差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。在恶性卵巢肿瘤组织中NOK与p-STAT3表达呈正相关(r=0.575,P<0.05)。结论NOK在恶性卵巢肿瘤的表达量较高,p-STAT3的异常活化可促进恶性卵巢肿瘤细胞的过度增殖,两者结合检测对恶性卵巢肿瘤的早期临床诊断和治疗可能有一定价值。Objective To investigate the expressions of novel oncogene with kinase-domain (NOK) and phospho-signal transducer and activator of transcription 3 (p-STAT3) in the epithelial ovarian cancer and their significances.Methods The expressions of NOK and p-STAT3 were examined by immunohistochemistry-streptavdin-peroxidase method in epithelial tissues of malignant ovarian tumor (malignant group,n=40),benign ovarian tumor (benign group,n=30),and normal ovary (normal group,n=20).Results The positivity rate of NOK expression was significantly higher in the malignant group than in the benign and normal groups (P〈0.05).The positivity rate of p-STAT3 expression in ovarian cancer was significantly higher in the malignant group than in the benign and normal groups (P〈0.05).The NOK expression was not significantly associated with patient's age,lymphatic metastasis,histological types,clinical stage and histological grade (P〉0.05),but the p-STAT3 expression was significantly associated with lymphatic metastasis,histological grade and clinical stage (P〈0.05).The NOK expression was positively correlated with p-STAT3 expression (r=0.575 P〈0.05).Conclusion The expression of NOK is higher in epithelial ovarian cancer.Abnormal activation of STAT3 may cause hyper-proliferation of ovarian tumor cells.To detect NOK and p-STAT3 in combination may have a certain value for an early diagnosis and management of ovarian caner.
