低温高粘度指数干式气柜密封油的研制

摘　　要：文章针对干式气柜,参考国内外相关标准,并与用户协商,制定出低温高粘度指数气柜密封油协议标准。结合石蜡基基础油粘温性能佳和环烷基基础油低温性能好的优势,再添加经筛选的功能添加剂,研制出符合协议标准的产品,生产气柜密封油500t。用户使用两年后反映设备运行状态良好。Based on related standards inside and outside China and the requirements of the user,a new standard of sealing oil with low temperature and high viscosity index used for dry gas holder was developed.Taking the advantages of high viscosity index of the paraffin base oil and good low-temperature characteristic of the naphthenic base oil,with functional additives,500-ton sealing oil which could meet the new standard for dry gas holder had been produced.The users have been satisfied with the equipment running status of using the sealing oil in the past two years.
