摘　　要：现在的油罐加温方式,是对整罐油品的整体加温。在生产过程中即使只需倒出少量的油品,也要对整个罐内油品进行加温,既浪费了大量蒸汽,加温时间又长,同时反复对罐内油品加温,对油品质量也会产生影响。安装新型油罐快速加热器后,实现了在生产过程中,只对所需的油品进行快速、局部加温及自动控制温度。项目投产后,生产效率平均提高了20多倍,蒸汽耗量平均节约30多倍。The current heating method for oil tank is to heat the oil in whole.In the production process,even if only a little oil is needed,a whole oil tank must be heated.This method wastes a large amount of steam,and needs long heating time.In the meantime,the repeated heating to the oil in the tank will affect the quality of oil.The heating method by the new type oil tank quick heater achieves to heat only the needed oil quickly and partially,with automatic temperature control.After the commissioning of projects,the average production efficiency is increased by more than 20 times;and the average consumption quantity of steam is saved more than 30 times.
