氯诺昔康复合用药用于术后镇痛的效果

摘　　要：目的观察氯诺昔康复合芬太尼和曲马多对术后患者镇痛的效果。方法选择60例择期行全身麻醉手术的患者,随机分成三组(n=20),接受PCIA术后镇痛,并连接镇痛泵。记录使用不同药物组术后2、4、8、20、24、48h各时间点视觉模拟评分(VAS)、舒适度评分(BCS)、不良反应、术后镇痛药的应用等。结果三组患者年龄、体重、ASA分级、手术时间及麻醉时间差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05);VAS评分:三组差别无统计学意义(P>0.05);BCS评分:Ⅰ组在第2、4小时比Ⅱ组、Ⅲ组强,但均无镇静过度;不良反应:Ⅰ组、Ⅱ组恶心、呕吐明显高于Ⅲ组(P<0.05)。结论氯诺昔康复合芬太尼和曲马多用药,能提供安全有效的镇痛作用,且副作用小。Objective To compare patient controlled intravenous analgesia（PCIA） with compound lornoxicam in patients after operations. Methods Sixty patients after operations were randomly divided into three groups with 20 cases each.. The patients in group Ⅰ received fentanyl 0.6mg plus lornoxicam 32rag,in groupⅡ fentanyl 0.6mg puls tramadol 400mg, in groupⅢ fentanyl 0.6mg puls lornoxicam 16mg puls tramadol 200mg. Results VAS was not significantly different each other;BCS was higher in group Ⅰ than that groups Ⅱ and Ⅲ at 2 ： 00 and 4 ： 00 ; Group Ⅲ caused fewer adverse effects such as nausea and vomiting than groups Ⅰ and Ⅱ. Conclusions PCIA with lornoxicam together fentanyl and tramadol canprovide a safe and effective analgesic effect and side effects.
