摘　　要：危机预防和化解是当前监狱工作面临的重大执法责任问题。罪犯结构的复杂化和罪犯个体社会责任意识的淡化,给监狱的安全、稳定带来极大的隐患。新的社会形势要求监狱必须切实履行维护社会稳定的法定职能。根据当前狱内重特大案件的种类、特点、成因,必须强调创新理念,引进"零缺陷"管理等现代管理方法,注重基础防范和执法队伍建设。Crisis prevention and resolution is currently facing major prison law enforcement responsibility Complexity of the structure of criminals and offenders desalination individual social responsibility, to prison security and stability of extreme instability, the new social situation calls for the prison and they must perform the statutory functions of maintaining social stability. Based on the current prison of major ease types, characteristics, causes, must be emphasized that innovative ideas, introduction of ＂zero defect＂ management and other modern management methods, emphasis on basic prevention and law enforcement ranks.
