摘　　要：By analyzing the leaf traits of length,Width, area ang shape index of 5 Chiese chestnufvarieties, the resulf showed the leaf shape index owned strong stability and could accurately reveal the leaf morphological traits for different varieties, the positive correlativity befween the leaf area and the leaf length, width, length × width occurea significantly,among them the sfrongef correlation should be the leaf length × width.
