摘　　要：本文分析了房地产泡沫形成的原因,认为货币政策与房地产泡沫存在紧密的联系。并据此提出了相应的对策建议。建议实行不对称信贷政策,前瞻性的提高利率。This paper analyzes the reasons for the formation of the real estate bubble.That monetary policy and the real estate bubble exists in close contact.And put forward corresponding countermeasures and suggestions.Asymmetric credit policy should be implemented,and raise interest rates ahead of schedule.
