摘  要:目的了解院内白色念珠菌感染菌种的分布及耐药情况,为临床抗真菌治疗提供依据。方法采用PCR技术进行菌种鉴定,用真菌药敏条进行药敏试验。结果2008年从临床送检的痰、尿、分泌物等标本中共检出白色念珠菌198株,检出率为54%,其中痰标本白色念珠菌检出率最高77株占70.2%,其次是在阴道拭子检出53株占67.4%;体外药敏试验显示氟胞嘧啶(92%)、两性霉素(87.9%)敏感性最好,耐药率最低。结论白色念珠菌感染越来越多,加强真菌分离及药敏监测,合理用药,有助于患者的治疗。Objective To understand the distribution and resistance of infected Candida alhicans in our hospital, and to provide a basis for antifimgal clinical treatment. Methods PCR were used for the identification, and antifungal agent' s susceptibility was tested by Drug sensitivity test. Results One hundred and ninety eight strains of candida albicans were detected from the clinical submitted specimens of sputum,urine and secreta from 2008 with the detection rate of 54 % .The highest detection rate of the candida alhicans in sputum specimens was 70.2 % (77 strains ), vagina swab specimens was 67.4 % (53 strains ). In in vitro drug sensitivity test, fluro- cytosine (92%) and amphotericin(87.9% ) showed the best sensitivity, with the lowest resistance rate . Conclusion Because of more and more candida alhicans infectious, separation of fungus, susceptibility testing and rational drug use should be strengthened.
