摘 要:以自制高纯TiO2和高纯H2为原料,采用H2还原法制备高纯Ti2O3(纯度>99.99%).研究了还原温度、H2流量、TiCl4浴温、TiO2在恒温区中的位置对还原过程和Ti2O3产品质量的影响,摸索出了制备高纯Ti2O3的工艺条件.采用本工艺制备的Ti2O3,其纯度及批量均达到目前国内领先水平.High purity Ti 2O 3 was prepared from high purity TiO 2 which was made by oneseef and H 2 by using H 2 reduction method. The influences on reduction process were examined. The exanined factors were:the tmperature of reduction, the flow rate of H 2, the bath temperature of Ticl 4,the position of TiO 2 in the furnace. The rational process conditions to prepare high purity Ti 2O 3 have keen found out. Tie purity and batchmass of Ti 2O 3 made by this process have caml up to the present advanced domestc standards.
