摘　　要：采用盘式喷雾干燥工艺生产的BJ-8220型VAE可再分散乳胶粉可以很好地在水中分散成原有的乳液状态,分散后的胶粉与砂浆混合时,聚合物颗粒逐渐分散于砂浆内形成丝网状薄膜贯穿于砂浆中,可提高砂浆的各种力学性能,改善砂浆的抗冻融能力和对基材的粘结性能,本文介绍其生产工艺控制措施。BJ-8220 re-dispersible emulsion powder produced by using disktype spray drying process can be dispersed in water into its original emulsion state. When the dispersed polymer powder is mixed with a mortar, the polymer powder will be dispersed into the mortar gradually to form a film of silkscreen shape across the mortar. Formation of the film increases various mechanical properties, and improves the freeze-thaw resistance of the mortar and its bonding performance on the substrate.
