摘 要:变压器绕组并联导线间的环流将导致绕组损耗增加、局部过热,从而影响变压器的正常运行。本文以变压器单螺旋绕组为研究对象,建立了计算并联导线支路电流的场路耦合数学模型,模型中将各支路电流作为独立的变量来组集刚度矩阵,体现了求解问题的特殊性。在此基础上,对不同换位形式的支路电流分布及影响因素进行了研究,通过短路感抗和二次侧感应电流两个参数的设计与计算值比较,证明了本文模型的合理性。研究表明,在相同的条件下,"424"换位具有环流损耗小的优点,但相对于"212"换位,其抑制损耗的效果并不明显,考虑到"212"换位在均化电流分布及抑制局部过热方面的优点,单螺旋绕组的三种不完全换位应首选"212"换位。Transformer windings circulating currents between parallel conductors will lead to loss increasing and local overheating, which will affect the operation of transformer. Based on field-circuit coupled method, the finite element model and mathematical model of single spiral winding transformer are established. The field-circuit coupled model takes every branch current as independent variable to make up of the stiffness matrix. The branch currents of different transposition patterns are calculated and their influence factors are analyzed. The calculation results of induced current and short-circuit impedance are well matched with the designed values, which demonstrates that the method in this paper is effective. At the same time, this research also shows that in the same conditions, the "424" transposition has the advantage of small circulation current losses, but it is not obviously in inhibiting circulation current losses compared with the "212" transposition. In view of the uniform distributions of branch currents and losses, the "212" transposition should be the best choice in the three transposition patterns of single spiral winding.
