后路椎间融合器及钉棒系统在下腰椎间盘切除再手术中的应用

摘　　要：目的探讨经后路椎间融合器植入钉棒系统固定在下腰椎间盘切除再手术中的应用价值。方法回顾23例下腰椎应用后路椎间融合器及钉棒系统再手术的病例,应用VAS、JOA及Charles评分系统进行疗效评价。结果23例手术没有明显的术后并发症,经过1年3个月到4年的随访,术后比术前取得明显的症状改善率。结论后路椎间融合器及钉棒系统固定稳定性好,融合率高,避免再复发,恢复腰椎生理曲度,临床疗效良好。Objective To investigate the value of the surgical techniques of lower lumbar spine reoperation using posterior lumbar interbody fusion cage and pedicle instrument.Methods Twenty three case underwent reoperation of lower lumbar spinal surgery using posterior lumbar interbody fusion cage and pedicle instrument.The clinical efect was evaluated by VAS,JOA and Charles scoring system.Results No complication was appearance in all twenty-three case.According to follow-up from fifteen to forty-eight months,the improvement of clinical symptoms on preoperative was obviously different to postoperative.Conclusion Posterior lumbar interbody fusion cage and pedicle instrument could improve the stabilization,increase the fusion rate,aviod recurrence herniation and restore lumbar physiological curvature.
