胆囊结石术前MRCP指征的探讨

摘　　要：目的探讨胆囊结石术前MRCP指征。方法将220例胆囊结石患者分为高危因素组和对照组,术前均行MRCP。结果220例胆囊结石患者均行胆囊切除术或加胆道探查术,高危因素组MRCP发现胆总管结石47例(35.9%),手术证实46例,对照组发现1例(1.1%),手术证实1例。结论对有高危因素的结石患者术前行MRCP经济有效,可以避免不必要的胆道探查术。Objective To explore the application indications of MRCP before cholecystectomy.Methods In accordance with risk factors,220 cases of gallstone were divided into the high-risk groups and the control group,all performed MRCP.Results All 220 cases performed only cholecystectomy or additionally bile duct exploration.By MRCP,47 cases of the high-risk group was found choledocholithiasis（35.9%）,and one case of control group（1.1 percent）,then confirmed 46 cases of the high-risk group and one of the control group with gallston by cholecystectomy.Conclusion MRCP is cost-effective to gallstone patients with high-risk factors before operation,and avoid unnecessary exploration of the bile duct.
