摘　　要：本文从低碳物流和绿色供应链的概念出发,基于供应链流程标准,提出了绿色供应链的框架体系,结合发达国家的实践,分析了主要绿色供应链管理与技术手段,提出了建立低碳物流体系的一系列政策建议。Transportation is one of three major carbon emission resources. Managing low-carbon logistics and developing green supply chain is significant in China. According to industrial ecosystem theory, green supply chain frame work can be developed based on SCM process. Key green practices are discussed in transportation, warehousing, intermodal as well as other processes. The issue of green supply chain shall be brought forward in the government planning, to set up carbon foot print benchmarking system and to give incentives to be business and organizations.
