摘　　要：在高线生产中,机架间的张力直接影响着产品质量和成材率。通过对高线实际生产中影响张力的各种因素的分析,采取相应的调整措施,使现场达到不堆钢、导卫磨损小、成品质量好的目的。In the production of wire rod, tensions among racks directly influence quality and yield of products. In the article, it is described that steel could not be piled up, wear of guide pieces could be less, and product quality could be better by analysing different kinds of factors that influence tensions in the actual production of wire rod and adopting relevant measures.
