摘　　要：文章介绍了通过采用30MnCr22代替30CrMnMo生产低成本P110钢级石油套管,对30MnCr22进行热处理制度的制定以及相关实验,找出最佳热处理制度,生产出符合API标准并通过西安管材所实物质量评价的低成本P110钢级石油套管。In this article, it is introduced the production of low cost P110 oil casing with 30MnCr22 instead of 30CrMnMo. Moreover,with the establishment of heat treatment regime to 30MnCr22 and related experiments,the optimum heat treatment regime is found out so as to produce low cost P110 oil casings that meet the API standards and pass the quality assessment of actual product in Tubular Goods Research Center of CNPC.
