摘  要:以十二烷基磺酸钠、甲醛、丙烯酰胺、马来酸酐为原料,通过缩合反应、接枝共聚、金属络合与磺化处理,室内合成了新型的水基钻井液处理剂JN-1。并对其进行室内钻井液性能评价,结果表明,0.5%的该降粘降滤失剂可使淡水膨润土基浆的表观粘度下降42%,API滤失量下降49%,动切力下降80%;可抗NaCl达5%,可抗CaCl_2达1.0%;在室温~200℃下24 h静态老化试验中,该降粘降滤失剂的抗温性能均较优。A series of mixed bacteria including bacillus subtilis, bacillus cereus,bacillus licheniformis and so on were prepared to remove and control paraffin in oil' of Weixing Oilfileld. The laboratory tes showed that the mixed bacteria could decrease the content of paraffin and gel of blank crude oil by 13.4% - 19.0% and 10.7% - 17.8% respectively. When the bacteria Concentration was higher than 100 mg/L, the paraffin removal and control rate was over 50%. The mixed bacteria culture was applied in 4 wells on site, the results showed that the efficiency reached 100% ,the interval of adding bacterial liquid was extended from 5 days to 10-28 days,it had advantages in small dosage and low cost,and it had high economic efficiency.
