摘  要:以粉煤灰复合固体酸催化剂替代腐蚀性硫酸合成顺丁烯二酸二丁酯。考察了催化剂用量、反应物投料比、反应时间及催化剂重复使用次数等对酯化反应的影响。结果表明,当催化剂用量为顺丁烯二酸酐质量的2%,醇酸摩尔比为3.0:1,反应温度为125~130℃,反应时间为4.0 h时,酯化率达91.29%,该催化剂具有制备工艺简单、成本低、重复使用性好、对环境无污染等优点,具有较好的应用前景。The composite fly -ash solid acid catalyst was used to synthesize dibutyl maleate instead of H2SO4. The effects of reaction conditions such as the dosage of catalyst,the molar ratio of reactants, the reaction time and catalyst reuse times on the reaction were examined. The results showed the esterification rate could reach 91.29% under the following conditons:the catalyst amount was equal to 2% ( based on maleic anhydride) ,the molar ratio of alcohol to acid was 3.0:1 ,the reaction temperature was 125 - 130 ℃ and the reaction time was 4.0 h. The catalyst had many advantages in simple and low - cost technology, it could be repeatedly used, and it had no pollution on environment.
