摘 要:目的了解北京市某城区流动人口慢性病的患病情况,为制定相应的防控措施提供科学依据。方法用多阶段随机抽样方法 ,从北京某城区抽取816名18岁以上在本地居住6个月及以上的流动人口进行问卷调查,并从中采用简单随机抽样的方法抽取440人进行体格检查和实验室检测。结果北京市某城区流动人口主要来自河北(18.6%)、安徽(17.7%)和河南(14.5%),以50岁以下人群为主(80.1%),主要从事餐饮服务(27.6%)、环保相关产业(8.6%)和家务(7.3%);文化程度以初中及以下为主(71.8%),户平均年收入为18008元;高血压、高TC血症、高TG血症、低HDL-C血症、血脂异常、空腹血糖受损和糖尿病患病率分别为21.2%,8.4%,19.5%,10.2%,28.3%,10.7%和1.9%,随年龄增长而呈上升的趋势(P<0.05),男性高于女性(P<0.05);超重和肥胖分别为29.8%和13.2%。结论流动人口的慢性病或其危险因素的患病水平已经接近甚至超过大城市居民,应及早制定并采取措施预防和控制流动人口慢性病的发展。Objective To investigate the prevalence of non-communicable diseases among the floating population in urban Beijing China and provide a scientific evidence for the development of prevention and control measures. Methods Using multistep random sampling procedure, a total of 819 subjects aged over 18 yrs were randomly selected from those resided at the place for at least six months without local household registrations. Each participant was invited to complete the questionnaire, and 440 of them took physical examination and laboratory test. Results Most immigrants (80.1%) were under the age of 50 years and engaged in service (43.5%) with junior high school or lower (71.8%), and the yearly average income was 18 008 Yuan per household. The prevalence rates of hypertension, high TC, high TG, low HDL-C, dyslipidemia, IFG and diabetes were 21.2%, 8.4%, 19.5%, 10.2%, 28.3%, 10.7% and 1.9%, respectively. The prevalence rates increased significantly along with the increase of age, whiles significantly higher among male than female (P〈0.05). The prevalence rates of overweight and obesity were 29.8% and 13.2%, respectively. Conclusion The prevalence of non-communicable diseases among the floating population in urban Beijing has near or over the level of urban residents. Intervention strategy should be developed and implemented in order to improve the health of the immigrants.
