论成教脱产生闲暇教育实施策略  

On Implementation Strategies of Adult Education Full-time Students' Leisure Education

摘　　要：成教脱产生有着较多闲暇活动时间,而他们的闲暇活动又存在着不少消极状况,加强对他们的闲暇教育就显得十分必要。学校要高度重视闲暇教育,保证相应的财力、物力;要采取多样化的教育形式,开展课堂专题教学与校园文化活动;要争取社会有关部门和家庭的配合与支持,并最大限度地促进学生的个性发展。Adult education full-time students have comparable much leisure time, which includes many negative conditions, so it＇s important to enhance their leisure education. The college should highly value leisure education with relevant financial and material resources, advocate various education means, such as special subject classroom teaching and campus cultural activities, canvass support from relevant sectors of the society and the families to fully boost the students＇ personality development.
