摘　　要：随着网络技术的不断更新及发展,正确及时地应对并处理网络舆情将越来越成为公权机关在网络时代所面临的新挑战。现阶段基层法院在舆情处理中所存在不少问题,在进一步提升基层法院的信息化工作的前提下,基层法院既要妥当应对,减少、消除网络舆情带来的负面影响,也要认真倾听,改进审判、执行工作中存在的各类问题。As the updating and developing of network technology, how to deal with the network public opinion correctly and timely is becoming a new challenge for the public power agencies in Internet age. At this stage, there are a number of problems resulted from public opinion dealt with by the Basic-level Court. By developing the information technology, the courts have to reduce and eliminate negative impacts of public opinion, to solve the various problems in judgment and implementation of law.
